What we collect

Why we use it

To process your order and payment, ship your pair, send order updates (production start, delays, balance request), answer your messages, and keep the records Swiss accounting law requires. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails.

Who receives it

Transfers abroad

Some recipients process data in the EU (Ireland), the United States or Sri Lanka. For the United States we rely on the recipient's certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where available (Stripe, LLC is certified), and otherwise on standard contractual clauses. Data you enter in the withdrawal form is passed to FormSubmit (Sri Lanka) only when you use that form, because it is needed to deliver and acknowledge your withdrawal. If you prefer, you can withdraw by email to pidigital@proton.me instead.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only. Payments run on Stripe's certified payment infrastructure. Order data is accessible only to the seller.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to complete your order and handle returns or warranty claims, and afterwards for the retention period required by Swiss accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, by emailing pidigital@proton.me. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
