If you are a consumer and the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase (for example in the EU or the UK), use this form. You do not need to give a reason. Send it before your withdrawal period ends.

After you confirm, you receive an acknowledgement by email with the content of your withdrawal and the date and time you sent it. We then cancel or refund your order as your law requires.
